As the creative and strategic lead on Chickasaw.tv, I have dedicated over 10 years to promoting the vibrant and rich culture of the Chickasaw Nation—from copywriting, media outreach and social media management to strategic communications, video production and promotional planning.
During my tenure, my team and I have grown their social media following to over 80,000 on Facebook. The digital platform and video content we have created has won numerous awards, including Heartland Emmys and Addys, and Chickasaw.tv's digital presence has become a model for other indigenous tribes to preserve and share their cultural, history and language.

Since 2018, I have been the creative and strategic lead for BancFirst, developing content for the 150-episode series, LoyalTV, and continuing the 20-year broadcast television campaign, "Loyal to Oklahoma. Loyal to You."
Utilizing my passion and formal education in history, we uncovered and captured "the best Oklahoma stories you've never heard" in the Oklahoma communities that BancFirst calls home. My role includes episode research, client presentations, scripting, copywriting and social media promotion.

Nearly 30 years later, I remember the Oklahoma City bombing like it was yesterday... the way my elementary school shook 20 miles away. And the parents of schoolmates who walked into the building to pick up their child, covered in black soot because they survived the blast downtown.
I couldn't have predicted that decades later, I would work to honor the lives lost in such a meaningful way. During my time as creative and strategic lead for the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum and the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon, I led the creative efforts for season 2 of the Run to Remember Podcast.
My role was broad, from raw editing of the podcast and pre-production of interviews to copywriting for distribution to the Memorial Marathon website and podcast platforms. It was a new challenge that expanded my capabilities in the most meaningful way.
